3. In order to apply a refund:
From the date of receipt of your order you have24 hours. to make any clarification, after 24 hrs. Your clarification will not be valid.
Send your refund request via email or DM, with the evidence (product photos jpg file.) and tell us what went wrong.
Once your refund request is processed, you have3 business daysto return your Wabi Sabi, after 3 business days it will no longer be possible to apply the refund.
